Do you offer bookkeeping or tax services?

No — I don’t do compliance work like bookkeeping, tax returns, or BAS. I focus on strategic finance: forecasting, profitability, scenario modelling, and financial systems.

How do you work with our existing accountant or finance lead?

Seamlessly. I’m not here to replace your accountant or internal team — I work alongside them. If you have a bookkeeper or tax accountant, I build on their work by focusing on forward-looking strategy, analysis, and decision support.

If you have an in-house finance manager or CFO, I can support them with modelling, commercial insight, or systems expertise — or step in temporarily if there’s a capability gap during growth or transition. The goal is to enhance your internal capability, not duplicate it.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Most clients start with a 90-day sprint focused on improving financial clarity and performance. After that, I provide ongoing support as a fractional CFO or strategic finance partner.

Do you work with companies outside Australia?

Yes. I’m based in Canberra (AEST/AEDT) and work with clients from New Zealand to Dubai. I’m comfortable flexing to different time zones where needed.

How do you price your services?

I offer fixed monthly pricing to keep things simple. Pricing depends on the level of support — from core profitability and forecasting, through to full strategic advisory. All engagements have a minimum 3-month commitment.

What if I need something more customised?

Which accounting systems do you work with?

I’ve worked with a range of systems, from simple setups in Xero to more complex environments using MYOB, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. I’m also comfortable working across integrated tools — whether that’s time tracking, CRMs like HubSpot, or BI tools like Power BI and Excel.

I focus on helping you get the most out of the systems you already use, and can also advise on system selection, upgrades, and architecture if you’re outgrowing your current setup.
